The room was a good size. The bathroom was very functional and well-equipped. I also liked the gold room upgrade. It came with nice extras. The private lounge access was a real plus.
No one told us the spa was being renovated. We found we had to have massages in a regular room. I was also unhappy that we had to ask three times to change the bedsheets because they smelled bad.

The hotel included a bus service to the nearby mall. It made transportation easy. The beach and pools were well kept with attentive security. I also enjoyed the birds of prey demonstration. The staff made sure everything ran smoothly.
During peak times, securing sunbeds by the pool required waking up early. It was a minor inconvenience. I hope the hotel can address it in the future.

just okay, i guess

loud musicadults pool
the music from the nearby beach clubs was a real issue. it was so loud and constant i couldn't relax. i really wanted some peace at the beach but it was impossible, and the adults-only pool was closed. i had better stays.
